I placed my first order with the Wool Inn last week and they dispatched it immediately. I received it yesterday (regional NSW) -- super fast in these uncertain Covid times! The yarn (Malabrigo Rios) is spectacular and I started swatching straight away, it knits up like a dream. Anita and Bess were also so kind as to include a complimentary gift that I will get a lot of use out of. Thank you ladies, fantastic customer service!

I absolutely love this wool shop. They listen to what you want and are willing to pull out every type of wool that they think suits your project. You are never rushed, even if they are very busy. You might have to wait a little while if busy. The ladies are very knowledgeable and are excellent in customer service. It was worth my trip from Katoomba today to shop at the Wool Inn.

I just LOVE LOVE LOVE The Wool Inn! I've made several phone orders over the past few months due to an injury and not being able to drive to Penrith. Their service, advice and quick deliveries amaze me eveytime. I won't go anywhere else for my knitting projects. Anita and Bess are both wonderful people!

The shops I have been buying my yarn etc, in Newcastle, has closed down.
Found you on line, what wonderful friendly staff you have, more than helped me, went out of you way to guide me through my confusion as not being able to see or touch the yarn..
Order yesterday and received today in Newcastle.
